Anallia
facilitates voice workshops called Awakening
the Singer Within, teaching the creative
and healing properties of Toning and Improvization. For
three years, Anallia taught Brasilian dance and meditation
to teens in lock-up facilities. This program was sponsored
by a grant by the Juvenile Justice, National Endowment
of the Arts and the Palm Beach County schools. She played
Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, stimulating Alpha brainwaves,
to facilitate meditation and Toning.
