Padma Sound System is a sound healing group using vibration and intentional frequencies to alleviate stress resulting from environmental change. The members of the group have training in a variety of healing modalities. Participants come to a weekly sound yoga session, and receive Reiki, cranio-sacral massage and aromatherapy in a multi-sensory healing mandala.

Padma Sound System
Padma Sound System improvises healing music using the patient and their energetic state of being as the starting point from which the music spontaneously arises. The sounds appropriate to the person are determined through a brief energetic reading, and the music is spontaneously improvised with the specific intention of benefiting the participants with sound and intentional frequencies. We use some traditional methods and Tibetan Buddhist mantra, as well as mantra from other traditions.
We beleive this is a new healing modality specifically revealed for assisting humans adapt to environmental change in these rapidly shifting energies which so many of us find challenging and disorienting. There are recordings of healing sessions available at the website in the form of free podcasts. To the best of our knowledge we are the first sound healing group to make our music available freely in the form of podcasting. Recordings are added on a weekly basis to assist people to adjust to changing geophysical energies.
