Sally
Fletcher's favorite healing instrument is the harp. She
also plays the piano, organ, flute and sings. Even when
doing some of her other work as biofeedback therapist
and yoga teacher she always finds a way to use music in
the healing process. After leading a yoga class into meditation
she plays meditative music on the harp.
Sally
understands what it means to be diagnosed with and to
overcome an "incurable disorder." She began
having seizures after an ice skating accident. She has
been free of seizures with no medication for 20 years,
and is the author of The
Challenge of Epilepsy, a book describing
various complementary and alternative solutions, including
music. She is currently working on a book about the healing
role of music.

Music without words means leaving behind the mind. And leaving behind the mind is meditation.
