Tepra Sacred Sounds from the
Ancient Egyptian Huna Traditions
Elsbeth is Keeper, Scribe, Protector and Teacher/Shaman of the Ancient Secrets (MeHuna) brought forth orally from pre-dynastic Egyptian societies living over 60,000 years ago. A long, unbroken line of teachers held the secret mysteries in safekeeping for millennia.
An unwritten vibrational oral language of sounds that precluded Sanskrit existed during those ancient times and was passed orally from Master teacher to student for thousands of years, to present time. This sonar language is called "Tepra. " It births out of one's nervous system. The sonar mindstream of the ancients is thus activated and brought forth for conscious use through the utilization of these sounds in our daily life. The more the sound vibrations are chanted and/or breathed internally, the more they bring benefit to the individual (and the collective psyche) by creating 'critical mass' for 'easy changes' and living from one's heart.
Elsbeth was taught the sonar language by her master teacher, Nadia K. Eagles, while in her studies in the mystery schools from 1986 to 1992. She breathes it, chants it, and dreams it. Those who seek the keys to the ancient mysteries through these sound vibrations activate cellular DNA, master inner guidance and come to know direct perception.
Previous to 1986, these sounds were known only to spiritual masters and those taught orally by the master teachers. When the mystery schools were opened to the public in 1986 by Nadia K. Eagles, the seals of secrecy were released in order for the world to embrace ancient wisdom for planetary healing by 2012. Elsbeth has been teaching throughout the Bay area, including San Jose and Cupertino since 1992. She also teaches in the Sacramento area.
Her work with ancient sound healing sheds new light on the body's ability to remember one's magnificence, which creates effective, joyful, and actualized living in today's world. (Breath becomes sound becomes light and vice versa.) Chanting, over-toning, trance states, shamanic journeys, inner sound practices and breath practices are all a part of her teachings. She enhances her classes with music, a crystal bowl, a Tibetan bowl, a buffalo drum, and bells.

Sound Pods
Since October, 2005, after meeting Peggy Black and Tom Kenyon at his 5-day Seattle Sound Healing Workshop, Elsbeth realized that she holds a treasure of knowledge not yet known by many in the sound healing world. Thus, she enthusiastically offered 8 classes in Sound Pods in the San Jose and Sutter areas and introduced the participants to the ancient sound vibrations. Rituals and meditations were also introduced. Participants were enthralled and elevated to very high states. These 8 classes gave her the foundation for the writing of the upcoming new sacred sound book that the world has been waiting for. Future Sound Pods are being postponed due to Elsbeth's busy schedule. See below for further information under "author."
Elemental Energy Cleansing
Through her work as a Shamanic Healer, Elsbeth removes old earth, air, fire, water, and spirit elements and replenishes with new elements. Amazing healing happens on many different levels. One woman Elsbeth gave an elemental cleansing to was suffering from bone cancer. She went into remission that lasted for more than 2 years. The healing technique comes directly from the mystery schools. Sound vibrations are used during the cleansing that specifically call in the elements.

Tepra Sacred Sound Book
Elsbeth is authoring a sound healing book which will have the description of the Tepra Sacred Sounds and definitions, as well as descriptions on how to breath the sounds internally through specific pathways. Currently in its embryonic state, this book will be available to Sound Healers throughout the world as soon as possible. The knowledge only needs to be put to paper. Then it will be done. Two Shamanic Journey Books for Youth and Children
Elsbeth is also currently creating two other books for young adults and children. The young adult book is a shamanic journey that takes place thousands of years ago and is a spiritual "rite of passage" for twelve year old youths and teens. (Adults will love it too.) Sound vibrations will be "taught" to the young boy in the book as part of the journey. Elsbeth became a Kalos Health Facilitator and Educator in 1986 which involves Whole Brain Integration Healing using a 10 Priority Healing System. She works with everything from Emotional Blocks to Dyslexia and everything in between, including nutrition and "brain fog." If you would like to create a class that teaches the basics in muscle response testing and how to do the Kalos work, let Elsbeth know and she will work out a trade for you.
Learn to detect vitamin and mineral deficiencies, discover foods that weaken your body. Learn circuit balancing exercises and circuit points on your body which activate left-right brain integration for higher performance as well as alignment of your body energetically. Elsbeth has been a Certified Massage Therapist since 1979 and has been self employed for 30 years. She still carries her massage table with her when she travels, so if spirit calls you to ask her for a session, feel free to do so. (Her home office is located in Sutter, California, which is about 1-1/2 hours drive northwest of Sacramento.)
