Don
Campbell has produced 17 albums, including the accompanying
Music for the Mozart Effect®
series for adults and children, which dominated the classical
Billboard charts in 1998 and 1999. In addition, he is
a leading lecturer and consultant to organizations ranging
from corporations to parenting groups to symphony orchestras
on how music can affect learning, healing, and other aspects
of our lives.
Mr.
Campbell l is respected internationally for his work as
a teacher and researcher in the fields of music, sound,
health, and learning. Describing himself as a man who
has "listened to the world," Campbell is the
founder and former director of the Institute for Music,
Health, and Education in Boulder, Colorado. For seven
years, he taught music and philosophy at St. Mary's International
School in Tokyo, and he has spoken about the transformative
power of music in more than thirty countries worldwide.
He is also the author of eight books:
Over
the past 30 years, Campbell’s interest in sound,
healing and education have taken him to over forty countries,
including South Africa, Greece, Haiti, India, Indonesia,
Israel, Russia, Thailand and Tibet. He has researched
and documented the role and uses of music in therapeutic
settings, psychology and imagery applications, educational
programs and the contemporary and indigenous spiritual
traditions.

Campbell has lectured in more than 25 countries, including
South Africa, Brazil, Poland, Ireland, India, Israel,
